Products and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display product details, images, and pricing accurately. Because our catalog rotates, a listed item may occasionally sell out or be discontinued after you've ordered; if that happens, we'll contact you with options (substitute, refund, or wait).

All prices are shown in euros (EUR). Where VAT or other consumption taxes apply to your order, they are accounted for and remitted in accordance with applicable law based on the trader's tax residency and your location as the customer; this may result in the effective tax treatment varying by destination. A VAT breakdown, where applicable, is shown on your order confirmation and invoice. Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at the time you complete your order.

Orders and fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through our EU-based warehouses and international fulfillment partners, and we ship both within and outside the European Union — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for timing, VAT, and customs details depending on your destination.

Your right to cancel and return

If you're an EU/EEA/UK consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, and we additionally offer a 30-day return window as a matter of store policy. Full details, exclusions, and the process are set out in our Returns, Right of Withdrawal & Legal Guarantee policy. If you're ordering from outside the EU/EEA/UK, we apply the same return and refund process as a matter of store policy, though your own country's consumer protection laws may give you additional or different rights, which this policy doesn't override.

Legal guarantee of conformity

If goods you receive are faulty or don't match their description, you're entitled to the remedies described in our Returns policy, including your statutory legal guarantee rights under EU law, which last 2 years from delivery and exist independently of any commercial return window.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — for example, attempting fraud, gaining unauthorized access, or disrupting how the site operates.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer described above.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you're a consumer habitually resident in another EU country, this choice of law doesn't deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country's law. You may bring proceedings in the courts of the Czech Republic or, if you're an EU consumer, in the courts of your own country of residence.

Out-of-court dispute resolution. We aim to resolve any complaint directly — contact us first at hourajiripersonal@gmail.com. If we can't resolve it between us, you may be able to refer the dispute to an out-of-court alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your country. The European Commission maintains a directory of national ADR bodies at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. We are not currently committed to a specific ADR scheme, but are open to participating on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
